K 230 T INSTALLATION
Trimming unit for cutting and rounding the edge in a single operation with double blade device.
Simple and intuitive Orion One Plus electronic control for error-free use of the machine.
4" graphic display with large, bright characters. Keyboard with "soft touch" keys and luminous LEDs.
Gluing unit with 3 pressure rollers, 2 of which with opposing tapering for an excellent joint line.
- Base made of bended and welded steel plates to ensure a high rigidity structure
- Top steel presser, complete with two rows of rubber coated wheels mounted on bearings and enclosure that covers the wheels.
- Manual adjustment of presser at machine infeed with positioning numerical readout
- Top operating groups fixed to the presser or mechanically connected on to it to allow the automatic positioning according to the panel thickness. Lower groups fixed to the horizontal beam for a precise reference with respect of the panel.
- All frequency motors equipped with static inverter.
- Safety enclosure on the entire length of the machine with poly-carbonate windows for the groups visualisation during machining.
- Exhaust outlets for the operating groups positioned on the top side of the safety enclosure.
- Mobile control panel at machine infeed for an easy use from the operator''s working position.
- Electrical cabinet positioned inside the base with door that allow an easy access in case of any maintenance operations. The cabinet is in conformity with the current safety regulations.
- Feed track made of pads coated with high friction rubber fixed on n ¾ industrial chain. Sliding of pads on two guideways, one round and one flat, to ensure straightness of movement and resistance to side loads. Manual pads lubrication.
- Telescopic panel support rollers positioned parallel to the track. It can be extended on the entire length of the machine. Panel sliding plastic wheels with steel pivot pins.
