One of our most popular machines, the Minimax ME 20 has a new look and new features that make it better than it’s ever been! Stable and steady the Minimax ME 20 platform is a stainless steel mono-block base. The upper protection hood is designed specifically to allow for easier access to the operating units. Panels feed with high precision along the friction-free worktable. Rollers facilitate panel processing and the patented feed belt moves the panels through effortlessly and smoothly. All stations are adjusted with a digital mechanical readout for reference, and panel processing is fully automatic with all operating units synchronized.

ME 20 INSTALLATION
End cutting unit for the cut at 90° on the leading and trailing edges of the panel. Possibility to exclude the unit from the control panel.
Gluing unit equipped with an innovative system of self-lubrication of the glue pot which allows a more extensive use of the machine without necessity of lubrication.
Superposed trimming unit equipped with vertical copying pads for an accurate positioning of tools with reference to the cutting point.
Absolute precision offered by the end-cutting unit, with a cutter and an independent asynchronous motor
Error-free machining is ensured by the simple and intuitive control panel positioned on the front of the machine, that allows an easy selection of all the main functions, among them, the operating units switching on and off. The PLC guides the operator during maintenance, cleaning, diagnostic operations, etc.
The very best finishing of the panel edge is also guaranteed by the panel conveying track (exclusive solution), which prevents the panel having the feed affected by the typical pulses generated by the pinion of a traditional feed track and ensures a smooth and linear panel movement
